These terms cover your use of aworldworthsaving.com, which is run by A World Worth Saving LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we” or “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is for
The site shares our picture books, information about the endangered animals in them, and a few simple games about those animals. We work hard to keep that information accurate, and we take it from published sources such as the IUCN Red List. Wild animals and their conservation status change over time, though, so some details may be out of date. The site is for general interest and learning, not a scientific reference.
Age
Anyone may browse the site, and children are welcome to explore it with a grown-up. To sign up for our emails you must be 18 or older.
Buying our books
We do not sell books on this site. Buy Now takes you to Amazon, which sells and delivers the book. Your purchase, its price, shipping, returns and refunds are handled by Amazon under Amazon’s own terms. Prices and availability shown on Amazon may change at any time.
Donating to charities
Some pages have a Donate button for a conservation charity that works with that animal. The button takes you to the charity’s own website. Any donation is made directly to the charity, under its own terms, and is between you and the charity. We do not collect, hold or pass on donations, and we cannot issue receipts or refunds for them.
We choose these charities because we admire their work. Naming a charity does not mean it endorses us or our books, or that we are partners, unless we say so.
Our words, art and photos
The text, illustrations, book covers, logo and design of this site belong to A World Worth Saving LLC. Photographs belong to the photographers credited beside them and are used with permission or under the license shown. All of it is protected by copyright and other laws.
You are welcome to view and share links to our pages, and to show the site to a class or a child. Teachers, librarians and families may also print pages from this site for a classroom or at home, as long as the prints are free and keep our name on them. This does not cover photographs, which belong to the photographers credited beside them and stay under their own terms. Please do not otherwise copy, reproduce, sell or adapt our words, illustrations or photos without written permission. To ask, email contact@aworldworthsaving.com.
Using the site fairly
Please do not:
- try to break into, disrupt or overload the site or the systems behind it,
- use automated tools to copy the site’s content in bulk,
- sign someone else up for our emails without their permission, or
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Links to other sites
The site links to websites we do not control, including Amazon, conservation charities, social media and the sources our facts come from. We are not responsible for their content, products or policies.
No promises beyond these
We provide the site “as is” and “as available.” We try to keep it running and correct, but to the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will always be available, error free or free of harmful code, and no other warranties of any kind.
Limits on our liability
The site is free to use. To the extent the law allows, A World Worth Saving LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, or from your dealings with Amazon, a charity or any other site we link to. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about them or the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
